Fear, Physiological Arousal and Performance The Safety Team Member’s Response

In this presentation, we will examine the physiological reactions your body may experience and what it does to your ability to react in what is called a critical incident.

There are techniques that can help you lower the stress arousal response, so that you can be able to react positively with the appropriate action you need to undertake.

We will examine characteristics of a fear-induced stress response, what a critical incident is and take a look at those techniques to reduce your stress response in this video.
